Consent to data processing

I, the user taking a separate affirmative action, freely consent to processing by Aleksandr Sergeevich Petrov, a self-employed NPD taxpayer, tax ID 505012965345, address for notices: info@vela-multi.com (the postal address is provided on request to this e-mail), on the following terms.

1. Purpose: operation of the VELA account and the functions listed in the policy: sign-in, play, security, support, service messages, payments. One consent does not permit all future purposes.
2. Data and subjects: data of the account user — login, e-mail address, IP address and action times, hardware identifier and client check results, game data, chat messages, support requests, payment number, amount and status. Special categories, biometrics and third parties’ information are excluded.
3. Actions and methods: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation; access is provided only to the recipients below for this purpose.
4. Recipients: hosting provider Hostkey (the Netherlands); e-mail service Resend (confirmation e-mails); Cloudflare (DNS only); Telegram (if you linked the bot yourself); payment services ENOT and Crypto Pay (only when payment acceptance is enabled); AI provider (text of in-game AI feature requests). More in the policy. Cross-border requirements must be reviewed separately in advance. There is no blanket authorisation for any partner.
5. Duration: while the account exists and 30 days after its deletion on request (periods by data type are in the policy), or until withdrawal unless another lawful ground applies. Backups are kept on a 7 days + 4 weeks cycle and deleted at its end.
6. Withdrawal: contact info@vela-multi.com (the postal address is provided on request to this e-mail). Following proportionate verification, the controller ends consent-based processing as required by law. Necessary processing on an independent lawful basis may continue.
7. Separate choices: offer acceptance, registration, Telegram linking and advertising consent do not substitute for one another. This consent does not permit advertising, public disclosure or arbitrary transmission of chats to AI services.

The policy describes processing under contract, law and separate consents. Refusing optional consent does not prevent functions that do not need that data. The fact of consent and the document version (edition date) are recorded in the account.
