Master account
All your accounts, one e-mail.
Signing up on the server means a master account. It holds up to five game accounts, their settings (remote, balance, security, Telegram, friends), one Vela Coin balance and transfers to your own accounts. It signs in with an e-mail and its own password, not a game login.
Played before and confirmed your e-mail in the cabinet? Your master account exists already: sign in with that e-mail and your game password.
Master account
Master accounts are unavailable on the server right now. Try again later or contact support.
Game accounts
"Open": the account settings: remote, balance, security, Telegram, friends. No game password is needed.
Shared balance
Vela Coins of the master account. They reach the game when you transfer them to one of your accounts.
Top-ups of the shared balance are not connected to payments yet.
Transfer to a game account
Transfers are currently disabled on the server. The balance and history are available.
The coins leave the shared balance at once. In the game any hero of this account receives them, at the next sign-in if nobody is playing now.
History
"Debited": the coins left the shared balance. "Delivered": the game confirmed the credit. "Waiting for delivery": the game takes it when a hero of the account signs in. "Needs a check": the game answer was lost; nothing is duplicated, staff check it by the receipt.
Access
Forgot the password? Sign out and press "Forgot password?": a link goes to the master e-mail. This browser stays signed in for up to 14 days without activity and 60 days at most.
