Terms of use

• Provider (Administration) — Aleksandr Sergeevich Petrov, an individual using the Russian professional income tax regime (NPD), a Russian tax resident. See details.
• VELA means the game server, vela-multi.com and related services. The user owns an account; the payer pays for an order.
• A paid service provides additional VELA features described in an individual order.
• A Coin of Vela is an internal unit recording access to additional game features. It is not a payment instrument, deposit or security. Payment refunds follow the Refunds section.
• The Vela Shop is the interface for selecting additional features using Coins. OBT means open beta testing.

This version is effective from 21 October 2026. The offer to pay for paid features applies from the moment payment acceptance is enabled in the account page.

Core game access is intended to remain free, with optional paid features. A payment in exchange for a service is not treated as a donation.

Before payment, the user must see the Provider, service description and duration, total price, Coins and bonuses, delivery and refund terms. Acceptance of the offer is recorded separately from data and advertising consents. Visiting a page does not order a paid service.

Rules govern game conduct; the policy describes data processing. Lineage II is an NCSOFT trademark; VELA is not an official NCSOFT or Innova project. These terms do not establish rights to the client or content.

Use a contact you control and keep your password private. Never send support a password, sign-in code, CVV/CVC or full card number. Report suspected compromise to support.

Account recovery requires proportionate ownership verification. Responsibility for disputed actions depends on the facts; a log entry alone does not establish the user’s fault.

The game is open from age 14.

Paid orders are open from age 18; from 14 to 18 only with the consent of a legal representative (a parent), confirmed through support. A checkbox does not replace authority verification when required.

A guardian may dispute a minor’s payment through support or other lawful channels.

• Create an order in the game account settings (open them from the master account with the "Open" button). Prices are stated in US dollars (100 Coins of Vela = 1 US dollar). The amount payable in the currency of the selected payment service (for ENOT, roubles at the rate stated in the order; for Crypto Pay, US dollars paid in cryptocurrency), the Coins, bonuses and selected feature terms are fixed before payment. Later catalog changes do not amend accepted orders.
• Payment services: ENOT and Crypto Pay (cryptocurrency); they are connected only when payment acceptance is enabled, and the selected service’s terms apply at payment. Only methods offered for that order are available. Conversion and fees are disclosed before payment confirmation.
• Checkout is intended to use the payment provider’s secure page. Full card details and CVV/CVC are entered only on the payment service’s page and are not sent to VELA.
• Delivery follows the provider’s payment confirmation, not merely a browser redirect. Coins are credited automatically right after payment is confirmed. If an order is paid but the Coins are not credited, contact support within 14 days.
• The Provider issues an NPD receipt through My Tax or an authorised partner and supplies it within statutory deadlines. A payment-provider confirmation is not an NPD receipt. The way to receive the receipt (a link by e-mail or in the account page) is stated when the order is placed.
• The catalog describes premium, cosmetics, growth bundles, starter packs (one per account) and the daily chest (one a day), patron tiers (small capped in-game bonuses) and other features and their duration. Crediting Coins does not automatically complete all future services. Permitted in-game transfers do not promise income or a buyback by the Provider.

• Vela Coins are a digital good: once credited they are not refundable, except for a technical error (Coins not credited or a double charge) — write to info@vela-multi.com within 14 days of the payment. Spent Coins are not refunded. If the server closes, the fate of unused Coins is decided separately by the Provider. Mandatory statutory claims are handled independently of these terms.
• Voluntary refund terms do not limit statutory claims, including claims concerning defective or delayed services, unauthorised charges or cancellation of an ongoing service. Where service-contract cancellation rules apply, deductions require a lawful basis and documented expenses for that contract. Crediting or spending Coins is not a universal reason to reject a claim.
• Contact support with the order number, date, amount and request. Provide only reasonably necessary verification details, never card secrets. Duplicate charges, missing delivery and incorrect amounts are checked against payment records.
• Refunds are made to the payer through the original payment channel. If unavailable, a lawful alternative is agreed after payer verification. Each claim follows the applicable statutory deadline; bank processing time is explained separately. No automatic processing-fee deduction is prescribed.
• The relevant paid balance and related unused bonus are adjusted after reconciliation. A bank dispute is not itself misconduct and does not automatically create a debt or indefinite account ban.
• A game ban, account deletion or project closure does not remove mandatory refund rights. The decision and calculation are given to the claimant and remain open to lawful challenge.

Updates and maintenance may temporarily affect access. Planned changes are announced in advance. New prices apply to new orders.

Changes affecting a paid feature, its duration or availability are resolved under the contract and law. These terms do not authorise arbitrary cancellation of paid services without settling obligations.

Following a failure, paid credits are reconciled against order history. Game-balance corrections do not replace payment reconciliation.

OBT begins on November 20, 2026; launch is on November 27, 2026. During the OBT the OBT manager gives everything for the test for free, Vela Coins included; these test Coins are not kept. There are no real payments during the OBT: payments are switched off and Vela Coins cannot be bought for money. Payments will open for the server launch; the payment methods and prices will be published on the site and in the account page. On the morning of launch day OBT characters are deleted; the account, the account page, e-mail, the Telegram link and the referral code stay. Launch: November 27, 2026, 19:00 Moscow time. This is the only wipe: there will be no wipes after the launch.

OBT testers take part in a raffle: one prize of 3000 and three prizes of 1000 Vela Coins, one prize per account. Accounts with at least 5 hours in the game take part; more time means more chances. The seed is the hash of a Bitcoin block announced in advance, which nobody can know beforehand, and anyone can verify the result.

The main server is planned without regular wipes. If migration or closure affects paid services, the Provider notifies users, stops accepting orders it cannot fulfil and settles paid obligations, including lawful refunds.

A planned closure is announced in advance in the news (site, launcher, Telegram, Discord). Payment and receipt records are not automatically erased with game characters.

Each party is responsible for its actions under applicable law. Failures and third-party conduct are assessed according to their cause, fault and relevant rules.

General “as is” clauses, payment-based liability caps and warranty disclaimers do not exclude user rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

A user may stop playing and request account deletion. Support explains how pending orders and refunds are handled; deletion does not waive monetary claims.

Game restrictions follow the rules and may be appealed. Necessary post-termination retention follows the policy and law.

Claims: info@vela-multi.com (the postal address is provided on request to this e-mail). Responses follow the statutory deadline applicable to the claim. Contacting support does not prevent recourse through a bank, regulator or court.

Russian law applies to the Russian Provider, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the user. Jurisdiction follows law and is not restricted exclusively to the Provider’s location.

New versions are dated and published. They do not retroactively worsen accepted orders. Any required new consent or acceptance is obtained separately.
