Coins of Vela missing

If charged without order fulfilment, contact us without a mandatory waiting period: order number, date, amount and reply contact. You may request the NPD receipt separately. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, CVV/CVC or a full card number.

Bug or violation

In the game: .bug text (the place, the target and the chat around are saved automatically) and .report name reason about a player. Outside the game: what happened, where and when, the character name; a screenshot or video. Report bugs right away and privately (rules).

Appeal a penalty

Give your account, character, date and objections (procedure). Contact us promptly where possible; statutory remedy periods are not restricted.

Before you write

  • Can't sign in. Use the login and password of your game account. A forgotten game password is changed on the master account page with the button next to the game account. Old players with a confirmed e-mail sign in there with that e-mail and the current game password. Open beta begins on November 20, 2026, with launch on November 27, 2026.
  • The client won't download. Check your connection and free space, then retry the download. Use Verify files for an existing installation. See installation help for details.
  • How to play and where things are. The guide and the wiki answer most questions.
  • We never ask for your password or Telegram code. Someone "from the administration" asking for a password is a scammer.

Response time: during the open beta we aim to reply within a day; nights (Moscow time) and weekends may take longer. Statutory deadlines govern legal claims. Payments, penalties and account recovery are always reviewed by a person.
